The Finance Committee shall meet quarterly on the third Tuesday of each month at 4:00p.m. PST, at the location of the monthly Board of Directors meeting, or at such other regular date, place and/or time as may be later selected by the Board of Directors. A quorum of the meeting shall consist of a majority of its voting members. Committee members may participate by teleconference.
Sonoma County Fire District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
